A typical coaching engagement is designed to fit your goals, schedule, and preferred format.
1-to-1 Sessions – One hour each, focused entirely on you and your specific objectives. Many clients meet weekly or biweekly over several months for maximum impact.
Group Coaching – One hour per session, combining interactive discussion, practical exercises, and peer learning.
All-Day Seminars – 9 hours of immersive, hands-on workshopping. Perfect for teams or organizations that want to drive immediate clarity and alignment.
Two-Day Seminars – 18 hours of deep-dive training, with time to explore, apply, and integrate high performance habits and leadership principles.
Keynotes – Fully customizable in length, from a short, high-energy 15-minute opener to a full 90-minute transformative experience.
